Mason - Construction and Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. You will work on various projects, including new construction, renovations, and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for construction to join our growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine specifications and materials needed
- Lay out patterns and foundations according to plans
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it evenly between bricks or stones
- Cut or shape bricks using hand tools or power saws
- Install firebricks in fireplaces or chimneys
- Repair cracks or damage in existing brickwork
- Construct arches, walls, sidewalks, or other structures using brick, stone, or concrete blocks
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh in walls as needed
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and masonry materials
- Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, levels, chisels
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals

Salary:
