Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Nakuru. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our nursing staff. Your duties will include creating schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels, training and mentoring new nurses, and providing support to our nursing team. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, monitoring the quality of care provided by our nurses, and implementing any necessary changes to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a nurse supervisor or in a similar leadership role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. This position offers a salary of $1500 per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Indian nationality is preferred but not required.
