We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings, walls, and other structures using various types of materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones.

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience working as a Mason and possess excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina. They should also have strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or instructions to determine job requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Mix cement or mortar using hand tools or cement mixing machine
- Lay bricks or other materials in horizontal courses
- Cut or shape bricks using hand tools or masonry saws
- Align structures using plumb lines and levels
- Fill gaps with grout or mortar to seal joints
- Repair cracks or damage to existing structures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and masonry equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type:
Full-time contract with the possibility of extension

Experience Level:
No prior experience required. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers.
