Commercial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm in Eschen seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is done according to design specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that projects comply with all building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
