As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality food and service for our customers while also maintaining a profitable business. We are looking for a hardworking and experienced individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and can lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and customer relations
- Train and manage staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and current dining trends
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are always available
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Nepali is preferred)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have legal authorization to work in Liechtenstein

Salary: 1200$ per month
