Hotel Sales Manager


We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales and marketing, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential target markets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Train and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts with clients for group bookings, events, and partnerships
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competitive landscape in Gujrat
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for budgeting purposes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed
