Contract Waiter in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are hiring a Contract Waiter to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Contract Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Your role will also include setting up tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and handling customer inquiries. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, including free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high quality standards
- Set tables according to the restaurant's standards
- Ensure the proper handling of cash and credit transactions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean work area, including dining tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
