IT Support Specialist (Indian Nationals)

We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz! As an Indian national, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for our computer systems and software. Your knowledge of the latest technologies and strong problem-solving skills will ensure the smooth operation of our company's computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
