Back-End Developer (Ufa, Russia)


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Ufa, Russia. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
- Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Write clean, efficient code that is scalable and easy to maintain
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues on both development and production environments
- Optimize application performance by implementing best practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This position is open to Indian nationals who have a valid biometric passport. English language proficiency is not required for this role. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
