We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other specialists to resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
