Machine Operator


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. Your main duty will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the machines, while also performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
- Make adjustments and perform minor repairs as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep records of production output and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required
- Technical or vocational training in machinery operation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable)
Location: Nakuru, Kenya (accommodation provided)
Nationality: Nepali (preferred but not required)

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. As an English-speaking job, proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
