Tiler Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our tiling projects. This includes coordinating with clients, managing a team of tilers, and ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates
- Manage a team of tilers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and monitoring performance
- Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and within budget
- Purchase necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a tiler
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing tiling projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of tiling techniques and materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Clairvaux
