Indian Merchandiser - Balzers, Liechtenstein

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Balzers. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that our products are effectively promoted and displayed in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support for their merchandising activities
- Collaborate with product development team to ensure that new products are effectively promoted in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns as needed
- Conduct store visits to evaluate product placement, displays, signage, and overall branding
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and brand messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and best practices in merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or related role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of success in driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Familiarity with Indian market preferences is preferred
- Must have valid work visa for Liechtenstein
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to travel within Balzers or nearby cities as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position.
