We are a well-established textile manufacturing company located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We are currently seeking an experienced Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that the final product meets our high-quality standards before it is sent out to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Use various finishing techniques such as cutting, trimming, ironing, and pressing to ensure the product is of high quality
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep detailed records of all finished products and their specifications
- Monitor inventory levels of finishing materials and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production targets are met on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in the textile industry
- Ability to operate various finishing machinery and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in finished products
- Good understanding of different types of fabrics and their properties
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
