Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar



Our company is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Philippines or other Southeast Asian countries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
