We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials on construction sites using cranes or other equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Slinger
- Must have experience working on construction sites
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
- Valid work visa for Croatia (own visa preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate cranes, hoists, and other equipment to move materials on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the best way to move materials
- Communicate clearly with the crane operator and other team members to ensure safe movement of materials
- Inspect rigging equipment before each use and report any issues
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Keep the work area clean and organized for maximum efficiency
