We are currently hiring a Slinger to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. This full-time position is open to Indian nationals who do not need to have English language proficiency. We welcome candidates without prior experience as training will be provided on the job.

As a Slinger, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery on construction sites. Your main responsibilities will include attaching and detaching loads, signaling crane operators, and maintaining proper communication with the team.

To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of construction principles and be physically fit to handle heavy equipment. You must also possess good hand-eye coordination and have the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attach and detach loads using slings
- Signal crane operators according to standard signals
- Communicate effectively with the team using radios or hand signals
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with general site duties as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Physically fit to perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of construction principles preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
