Architecture Manager for Kenyans in St-Petersburg


We are seeking a talented and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects. Your main task will be to lead a team of architects and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client requirements. This is a contract position for Kenyans with excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Review project budgets and make cost-effective decisions to keep projects within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is carried out according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in St-Petersburg, Russia. However, we welcome applications from Kenyan candidates who are willing to relocate on their own visa.
