English Speaking Moderator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional English Speaking Moderator to join our team in Izhevsk. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online communities and social media platforms. Your primary role will be to ensure that all content posted by users follows our guidelines and policies. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month, suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various online platforms
- Ensure all content follows community guidelines and policies
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new moderation strategies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Familiarity with internet culture and trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience moderating international communities or multilingual platforms
- Knowledge of additional languages (Russian preferred)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
