We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other coatings to various surfaces in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a good eye for color, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming before painting
- Mix paint and other coatings according to specifications
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Ensure even coverage and proper adhesion of paint
- Use masking tape and other materials to protect areas from paint
- Maintain spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other painting equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times
- Complete touch-ups as needed to ensure a high-quality finish

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their application techniques
- Ability to work with various tools such as spray guns, brushes, rollers etc.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for color matching
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
