Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and creating functional and visually appealing designs that meet all safety regulations. You will work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of your designs. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodations will be provided. This job is suitable for Malayalees and Nepali nationals who are fluent in English. Students with a background in architecture are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other team members to execute design plans
- Conduct site visits to ensure progress is in line with the design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or a similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
