Land Surveyor



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important geographical or man-made features. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed maps, charts, and reports based on your findings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in land surveying and possess excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment. A degree in surveying or a related field is preferred but not required. This is an urgent position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must already have their own visa for Al-Malikiyah.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify land boundaries, topographical features, buildings, roads, etc.
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS devices and total stations to collect accurate data
- Prepare detailed maps, charts, and reports based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide necessary information for construction projects
- Ensure all data collected is accurate and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is calibrated properly before each use
- Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders regarding project requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and principles
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Must already have own visa for Al-Malikiyah

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month but may vary based on experience and qualifications.
