Facade Technician
We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work at heights. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade installation and repair, as well as knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Safely operate equipment such as scaffolding, lifts, and power tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work at heights to access facades on tall buildings

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation or repair preferred
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and specifications accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights without fear or hesitation
- Availability for part-time hours with potential for full-time employment
