IT Manager



We are hiring a highly qualified IT Manager to oversee the information technology operations and infrastructure of our company in Vilnius. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of networking, database management, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of developing technology strategies that align with business goals
- Fluent English communication skills (Filipino preferred)
- Full time availability with own visa for employment in Vilnius.
