IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and ensure that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and training as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all data and systems by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvement or upgrades
- Create budget proposals for IT projects and manage expenses within approved budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making

Salary: $1100 per month

Preference: This position is open to all nationalities but Filipinos are encouraged to apply. Fluent English is required.
