Architecture Manager
As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects to design and develop high-quality architectural plans and projects. Your main duties will include overseeing the entire architectural process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, as well as providing guidance and support to team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects to create detailed architectural plans for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop designs that meet their expectations
- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the architectural process
- Review plans for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (Preference for Pakistani or Filipino candidates)
Please note that a biometric passport and relevant work experience are required for this position. However, freshers with a strong educational background and relevant skills may also be considered. This is a full-time position, but part-time opportunities may be available in some cases. English proficiency is preferred for this role.
