Architecture Manager for a Multi-National Company in Triesen

Our company is a leading multi-national architecture firm with offices around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen, working on projects both locally and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to lead and manage a team of architects, designers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from concept development to project completion.
- Provide leadership, guidance and technical expertise to the team.
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resources effectively.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the design process.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and construction practices.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software.
