Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen! As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring their work meets client requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process of various projects, including commercial, residential, and public buildings
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
- Review project proposals and plans to ensure they meet client requirements and comply with regulations
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CAD software
