A reputable construction company in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our growing team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the construction project including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure all necessary resources are allocated appropriately.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a reputable construction company.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
