We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques
- Create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure all necessary ingredients are available for menu items
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in the preparation of Indian cuisine
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef, with knowledge of various regional cuisines within India
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of spices, herbs, and ingredients used in Indian cooking
- Ability to create new dishes while also following traditional recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior staff
- Fluent in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with accommodation and meals provided.
