Architectural Technologist



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and visually appealing. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and regulations as well as proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project designs
- Create technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or colleagues
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
