We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Vilnius. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that showcase traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist
- Oversee the entire kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of cooking techniques and food presentation
- Source fresh and high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to meet health and safety standards
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or specials based on seasonal ingredients or customer feedback

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Good understanding of food cost control measures
- Fluent in English (basic knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Visa: Candidates must have their own valid visa for Lithuania.
