Part-Time Gardener


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our company's properties in Kaunas. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with plants and has a green thumb.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, watering, and fertilizing
- Plant and maintain new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal requirements
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Assist with design and installation of new garden features as needed
- Keep garden tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Work collaboratively with other members of the gardening team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is highly preferred
- Knowledge of different plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to handle manual labor involved in gardening work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within given deadlines

Salary: $900 per month (based on experience)

Location: Kaunas (candidates from the Philippines preferred)
