We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online platforms. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions based on their requirements

- Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service and timely responses
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of various industries such as marketing, finance, technology, etc.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments
- Efficient time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with various online communication tools and platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of multiple languages would be an added advantage

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
