Head Baker

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent position and candidates with biometric passports will be given preference. Accommodation will be provided.

As the Head Baker, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all bakery operations, including production schedules, quality control measures, and inventory management.
- Developing new recipes and maintaining consistency in all baked goods.
- Training and supervising bakery staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced.
- Monitoring and maintaining food safety standards.
- Ordering ingredients and supplies as needed while staying within budget.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the bakery.
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas according to health codes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Biometric passport preferred for urgent processing of employment visa.
- Fluent English speaking skills required.
- Indian nationality preferred due to availability of English-speaking jobs.

Salary: $1100 per month.
