Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations. This includes managing a team of bakers, creating new recipes, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring efficient production. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a professional baker and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations including production, inventory management, and quality control
- Create new recipes or modify existing ones to meet customer demands
- Train and supervise junior bakers on proper techniques and procedures
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being presented to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop new products or promotions
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure ingredients are always stocked for production
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a professional baker in a high-volume establishment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must hold a biometric passport for easy travel between countries if needed
- Passionate about baking with an eye for detail and creativity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. The exact salary will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
