Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are completed within set deadlines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites
- Hire, train, and supervise construction teams to ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality of materials used, and adherence to plans
- Prepare project reports for upper management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
