Our roofing company in Washington is seeking skilled and experienced roofers to join our team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Repair damaged roofs and identify potential issues
- Inspect roofs for maintenance needs and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to high quality standards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a roofer
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Washington area

Salary: $900 per week (paid bi-weekly)

Preference will be given to Malayalee or Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
