Concierge for Seasonal Position in Akron, Ohio



We are hiring a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team for a seasonal position in Akron, Ohio. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting them with all of their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in
- Handle any special requests from guests, such as room upgrades or special amenities
- Manage incoming calls and messages for guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and ability to make recommendations to guests
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is $1400 per month.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal position.
