Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Shan, India



A renowned fine dining restaurant in Shan, India is seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our dynamic team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure that tables are set up properly and the dining area is clean and presentable
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Accept payment and process it accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Good knowledge of wines and other alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month, with the potential for tips based on performance.
