Handyman/Handywoman

As a Handyman/Handywoman in our company, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities and properties. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and recommend purchases when necessary
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs or maintenance from staff or residents
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when completing tasks
- Keep detailed records of all completed tasks and report any issues or concerns to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry (desired)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Izhevsk, Russia.
