Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision. This will involve creating detailed sketches, models, and computer-generated images to help clients visualize the final product. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the design is feasible and meets all technical specifications.

In addition to design work, you will also be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes developing project timelines, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, overseeing construction progress, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. You should also have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience working with various design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

This position is located in Dickirch but is open to applicants of any nationality. It offers a salary of $1000 per month and is suitable for men who have their own visa. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
