Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements using different types of flowers
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the shop by keeping it clean and organized
- Promoting sales by displaying attractive flower arrangements in the shop
- Participating in workshops or training sessions to learn about new floral design techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
