We are searching for a talented and experienced Nepali Executive Chef to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Executive Chef, you will lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation. You must have a passion for creating delicious Nepali cuisine and the ability to develop and implement creative menu ideas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided.

As our Nepali Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality food production.
- Creating unique and authentic Nepali dishes that meet our standards of excellence.
- Developing menus that showcase traditional Nepali flavors while also incorporating modern techniques.
- Managing food inventory, budgeting, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Training and supervising kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
- Collaborating with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve operations and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Must be Nepali or have experience cooking Nepali cuisine.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing a kitchen team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items.
