IT Support Specialist



We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our computer systems, software, and hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees in person, over the phone, or via email
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Perform regular data backups and updates
- Assist with training employees on basic computer functions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1400$
