Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development Specialist



We are hiring a Civil Engineer with expertise in infrastructure development for our company in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, designing and overseeing construction projects related to roads, bridges, and other transportation systems. As an Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints. You must have strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities. This is an urgent position that requires candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

As a Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development Specialist, your duties will include:

- Developing project plans, including cost estimates and timelines
- Overseeing the design process and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects
- Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues
- Managing project budgets and making necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Identifying potential risks or obstacles that may impact project success and developing contingency plans
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in infrastructure development projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- Previous experience working on international projects.

Salary: $900 per month.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.
