Barista Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista Assistant to join our team at our bustling coffee shop in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. As a Barista Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced baristas and help with daily operations such as taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the system
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, grinders, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Stock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. No previous experience or English proficiency is required for this job. The salary for this position is $1800 per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
