Team Lead - Eschen, Egypt/Canada


As a Team Lead in our Eschen office, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. You will be a key member of the team, providing support and guidance to team members while ensuring efficient workflows and processes are in place.

Your main responsibilities will include setting clear objectives for the team, delegating tasks and responsibilities, monitoring progress, providing feedback and coaching, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the industry. You should also possess exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
