Manual Software Tester


We are hiring a Manual Software Tester to join our fast-growing software development team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Tester, you will be responsible for testing software products to identify and report any bugs or defects. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure the quality and functionality of our products meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. No previous experience is required, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, report, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve reported issues
- Conduct thorough regression testing after bug fixes are implemented
- Document test results and provide feedback on product quality
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and issues
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and testing techniques

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of manual testing techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
