Surveyor vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other important features for construction or development projects. You must have experience in using surveying equipment and be familiar with relevant software programs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using various methods including GPS, total stations, and traditional surveying equipment
- Interpret survey data and create accurate maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by regularly calibrating equipment and performing quality checks
- Communicate with clients to understand project goals and provide updates on progress
- Work safely in various outdoor environments and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and data collectors
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
